RealGomb – the Realmonitor browser extension for real estate agents RealGomb replaces the copying and pasting that a real estate agent may perform manually dozens of times a day. Open a supported listing page, click the extension icon, and the listing's key details appear immediately in a panel. From there, you can send them with a single click to the system or interface where you work with them. LISTING DETAILS IN ONE CLICK • Phone number, advertiser's name, town, floor area, price and web address, read directly from the open listing. • See how long the listing has been online and when the last price reduction occurred. • Find out whether it is an owner-listed property. • See where else the same property is listed and where the details differ. Open the most expensive, cheapest, largest and smallest listings with one click. SEND TO YOUR OWN SYSTEM • Listing details can be sent directly to your telephone module: OTP IngatlanPont, Duna House, Openhouse, Otthon Centrum or RealMonitor 2.0. TRANSFER A LISTING TO ANOTHER SITE • Destination sites: Ingatlan.com, Jófogás, Facebook Marketplace and Zenga. Zenga can be used with an existing account or by creating a new one. • The extension also transfers the listing's images, so you do not need to upload them again. PROPERTY WEBSITE AND VALUATION • Start ordering the property's own website (Otthonoldal) or a valuation with the open listing's details already filled in. FACEBOOK POSTING • The extension automatically publishes posts prepared in Realmonitor's RealPost interface to your own Facebook timeline and selected groups using your own Facebook account. • The extension also reads your list of Facebook groups so you can choose in RealPost which groups receive the listing. • Posting takes place in a separate work window. The window opens minimized and does not take focus away from what you are doing. The page in the window shows the current status, queue and recent events. Keep it open while posting is in progress, because closing the window also stops the process. WHAT YOU NEED • A Realmonitor account with an active subscription. The extension identifies your Realmonitor account from your login, so no separate setup is needed. • For Facebook posting, a Facebook account signed in to the same browser is required. The extension does not ask for or see your Facebook password: it works within your existing signed-in session.
