Нмаркет.ПРО: Assistant
“Нмаркет.ПРО: Assistant” is a free tool for working with resale properties from other platforms.
Finding resale properties for a client? Collect suitable apartments from Avito and Циан in one basket and send the client an attractive presentation with your contact details.
Selling clients' resale properties on advertising platforms? Copy your listings to Нмаркет.ПРО with one click, and 70,000 real estate agents across the country will see them.
What's changed?
In response to numerous requests, the latest version of the extension adds:
- New functionality: you can specify your commission for each property. Show the commission to the client or hide it by including it in the property price.
- A link to video instructions for using the Assistant extension, so you can explore all of the product's features in detail.
We also fixed the following issues in the app:
- A bug when adding your own listings to the basket on Avito: previously, your own Avito listings could not be added to the basket.
- The dimmed overlay when the Assistant window was open for an unauthenticated user: previously, unauthenticated users could not close the Assistant by clicking elsewhere.
Try the updated Assistant and stand out from the competition!
