Outer Space Alert Checker Checks for new alerts and messages on the Outer Space forum. The user must be logged in to the forum for this extension to work. Updates: Version 7.1 - Adjusted URLs, almost all of which had problems due to an API change. Version 7.0 - Changes needed to migrate to Manifest V3. Version 6.5 - Fixed bugs caused by the forum update. Version 6.4 - VIP theme - matches the forum's VIP theme. Version 6.2 - Displays conversations (PMs) again. - Shows like icons and colors. Version 5.4.1 - Fixed a small bug that caused some alerts to be missed. Version 5.4.0 - A forum update broke the extension. I am fixing it gradually. Notifications and alerts in the popup are working again. PMs still need to be added to the popup and the Diablo theme needs to be redone for the page. The Diablo theme already works for popup alerts. Version 5.2 - Minor theme fixes. Version 5.1 - Some color fixes for the Diablo theme. Version finalized after a few days of testing, with the theme apparently working without problems. Version 5.0.6 - Applied the "Dark" theme to extension alerts as well. Renamed the theme to "Diablo". Version 5.0.4 - Removed video resizing. This required the extension to access Facebook, so it was removed. - Changed some colors in the "Dark" theme. Version 5.0.2 - Fixes the size of all videos posted from Facebook. Version 5.0.1 - Dark theme - darkens the forum - still being tested. Version 4.1 - Updated the extension's URLs. The forum now uses SSL and has switched to https. Version 4.0 - New extension feature: Facebook videos posted in Demotivational are automatically resized. Version 3.2 - Bug fix. The alert list was not appearing for some users. Version 3.1 - Due to a change in the alert URL, a small difference in the forum code broke the extension popup when the user had new alerts. As a result, the popup only opened on the second click. Version 3.0 - Alerts from the previous day did not appear in the popup. - Added a compact alert style to the options. Version 2.11 - During checks, the extension sometimes retrieved '' instead of 0, causing the sum of alerts and messages to result in Not a Number. The extension therefore displayed NaN instead of 0. Version 2.1 - Fixed a small bug that occurred when the user had more than one unread PM. Information from the second PM onward was incorrect. Version 2.0 - The extension now also displays inbox messages, and the counter includes messages as well as alerts. Version 1.82 - Added a way to retrieve the user's OS token in the code. A forum security update probably started blocking the extension's requests because they were made without the token. Version 1.81 - Another URL fix. Version 1.80 - Minor URL fix. The forum migrated and is no longer part of terra. Version 1.72 - The change in the previous version caused problems for some users. Modified it to work for both. Version 1.71 - A change in the forum layout broke the code. This is a temporary fix and should be adjusted when the panel announcing the forum's new URL is removed. Version 1.7 - The checker did not work if the user logged in to the forum in Chrome's incognito mode. Bug fixed. Version 1.6 - Fixed notifications. A Chrome API change had stopped notifications from working. The counter and alert list were not affected by the update. Version 1.5 - Performance improvement. Through version 1.4, the extension used 17 kbytes every 3 seconds; it now uses only 313 bytes. Version 1.4 - New option to set how many seconds a notification takes to close. Version 1.3 - Larger, better icons. Icons were missing in some places. Version 1.2 - The extension button lists the user's last 30 alerts of the day. Alerts up to 10 minutes old appear in yellow. - Configuration option to enable or disable Chrome notifications. - Fixed a bug where a notification appeared upon logging in to the forum even if the user had 0 alerts. Version 1.1 - Notifications close automatically after 2 seconds, but can still be closed manually before then. - The extension button leads to the alerts page.
