But these marks can be hard to find later, becoming mere decorations on the page. How can you use and manage these marks more efficiently? Mark Manager is the best solution: **Import all marks on a page with one click** Simply click the Mark Manager icon in the upper right corner, and all colored text and comments on the current Notion page will be imported into the extension and displayed in order by category. You can quickly see all the key points and messages on the page. **Scroll to the paragraph containing a mark** Click any colored text or comment imported into Mark Manager, and the Notion page will automatically scroll to the paragraph containing it so you can see its context. If you click a comment, the page will also open the messages attached to it. **Quickly export multiple marks** You may want to use these marks elsewhere, but selecting, copying, and pasting them one by one is tedious. Mark Manager's export feature lets you copy or download multiple marks at once. **Choose which marks to import** You may only want to view text in certain colors in Mark Manager. Right-click the extension icon and select "Options" to choose which text colors to import. **Dark mode support** If you are a heavy dark mode user, don't worry: Mark Manager supports it too!
