These include: · Inbound features (such as toaster-pop and answer call) · Mid-call features (such as transfer, conference, hold, retrieve call; create call notes) · Outbound features (such as search for contacts and click-to-dial) · Activity tracking features (save call notes and logs to Google contact Notes field) Mitel Open Integration Gateway (OIG) software version 3.0(and above) and a Mitel MiVoice Business communications platform are required.
