Organizze Layout boost

Small improvements to the Organizze interface. [[ Project Abandoned ]] I stopped using Organizze because of the various bugs and minor problems the platform never wanted to resolve, and unfortunately I also stopped maintaining the extension. Use it at your own risk. I accept pull requests on GitHub. - Optimize the dashboard layout for smaller screens (e.g. less than 1080px, half of a full HD monitor) - remove unnecessary titles and spaces - compact certain elements - Add a simplified method for checking your credit card statement: on the statement screen, double-clicking a row changes its color. Useful when checking whether you have entered your entire statement: mark the rows you have already checked! - Use a dollar symbol for accounts with "$" in their name - since it is not possible to change the currency per account, we pretend it is! - Skip the intermediate "account details" screen that appears when you click an account on the dashboard, going directly to the transactions. Why view a few transactions without interacting with them, or the most recent reconciliations? Known issues: - editing or adding transactions on the statement removes the selection - transaction lists for dollar accounts cannot show values with "$", because doing so broke the updating of values on the page.
