Zhihu content filtering 1. Block anonymous users: Click the extension icon in the address bar to choose whether to block anonymous users' answers and comments. 2. Block a specific user: On a Zhihu question's answer page, select the username you want to block, then right-click to add it to the blocklist. All of that user's answers and comments will be hidden on Zhihu. 3. Unblock a specific user: Click the extension icon in the address bar, then click the username you want to unblock under "Blacklist".
