Whichever service is currently working does the actual work; the extension simply saves you a few copy-and-paste steps each time. I wasn't lucky enough to be able to access Wikipedia by simply typing its address, and since I couldn't find an existing solution that suited me, I made this extension. I recommend looking at the source code before installing the extension, in case of security vulnerabilities or similar problems.
