CVUT FEL BRUTE helper

Saves the addresses of all uploads to BRUTE ČVUT FEL. Too lazy to use git because committing changes can take as long as 5 seconds? Me too. From today, brute is your version control system. For now, and probably forever, it only saves results/uploads you have visited. You can send suggestions for improvement, ideally as pull requests, to https://github.com/PetrKubes97/BRUTE-helper. It works for some ČVUT FEL OI and KyR courses, specifically the courses I took.
