Tabtter UserStreamsHelper

An extension for using Twitter UserStreams with Tabtter, including the free version. This helper connects Tabtter, including the free version, to Twitter UserStreams. This extension cannot operate on its own. It is loaded dynamically when the client starts, so it consumes no resources when Tabtter is not in use or is configured not to use UserStreams.
