Documir shows you the documentation you need when you need it. 1. What is Documir for? Documir is a Google Chrome extension that helps you easily access your company's documentation. Stop wasting time searching for documentation you cannot find: Documir automatically shows you the documentation you need, when you need it! 2. Who is Documir for? For people who need to read documentation: • Documir shows you the documentation you need directly on the pages you visit • Find all the important documentation you still need to learn or validate with one click • If you need to reread documentation, you will find it embedded directly in the web pages you visit, where you need it For people who write documentation: • Stop spending time making sure all your colleagues find and read the documentation; we even send reminder emails on your behalf! • Optimize your training efforts and ensure documentation is understood with our built-in quizzes • Each new document is automatically shared with the relevant teams, without having to do it manually Whether or not you are a manager, Documir helps you improve your teams' efficiency, so everyone makes fewer mistakes, works more independently, and no longer needs to keep asking you the same questions! 3. How does Documir work? • Write your documentation in Documir or import it from elsewhere: Add the documentation you want to make available to members of your organization to Documir and specify when it is relevant and should be highlighted according to the web pages visited • Highlight relevant documentation: When a colleague visits a web page associated with documentation, Documir will indicate in several ways that documentation exists for that page and has not yet been viewed • Assign to teams: If documentation concerns only certain people in the organization, you can assign it only to specific teams • Validation quizzes: To make sure documentation has been understood, Documir lets you integrate quizzes that automatically validate knowledge of it, either through a quick multiple-choice questionnaire or a Typeform quiz • Reminder emails: Weekly reminder emails will follow up if you have not yet validated documentation assigned to you For more information, visit Documir: https://www.documir.com
