Description
Turn pages, quotes, links, and media into clean, source-aware X drafts in one click. No account access or tracking.
ClickTweet is the fastest clean path from something worth sharing to a better
draft you can review on X.
Right-click selected text, a link, an image, video, audio, or the page itself.
Or use Quick Share from the toolbar or keyboard: it follows highlighted text when
present and shares the page otherwise. ClickTweet opens X's official composer
with the clean draft and source already filled in.
WHY IT FEELS FAST
- One contextual action instead of copy, switch tabs, paste, return.
- Source Intelligence prefers the page's canonical URL and clean social headline
over noisy tab titles and tracking-heavy links.
- Quick Share turns one toolbar button and one shortcut into the right contextual
action, without an intermediate menu.
- Selected text becomes a traceable quotation without being truncated or
rewritten.
- Media can link to the exact asset or the page containing it, with a safe source
fallback for private or non-shareable media addresses.
- A focused composer pop-up keeps your reading or work in place.
- Optional default hashtags and account credit are available in Settings.
BUILT AROUND X, NOT A STALE COPY OF X
ClickTweet does not impose its own character limit or try to imitate X's
composer. X applies the correct limit for your account, resolves @ mentions,
generates link previews, and owns the final Post button. That means ClickTweet
stays useful when X changes.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
- No X account access.
- No passwords or private messages.
- No analytics or browsing-history collection.
- No broad website access and no persistent content script.
- No remote code and no ClickTweet server.
ClickTweet reads the active page only after you explicitly invoke it, then routes
the prepared draft to X's official Web Intent. You always see the complete post
before deciding whether to publish it.
