Please contact us through the website. https://locked.jp -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOCKED is a SaaS management service consisting of two tools: LOCKED DAS and LOCKED MSO. ・LOCKED DAS automatically creates, configures and deletes SaaS accounts. ・LOCKED MSO provides secure single sign-on to SaaS services. [LOCKED DAS (Directory Auto Sync) features] ① Automatically configure accounts when personnel changes occur, such as joining, leaving or transferring Monitor account information such as IDs, names, affiliations and job titles held by HR SaaS services, as well as Microsoft365 and Google Workspace. When personnel information changes, the settings of users' SaaS accounts are automatically updated. SaaS-specific fields can also be configured, significantly reducing administrative work such as assigning organizational information and inviting users to folders or channels. ② Record configuration status in an inventory ledger (accounts/licenses) Record the configuration status of all users and SaaS services. Search for users flexibly using various fields, including department, job title, location, affiliated company, employment status and start or departure date, to understand which accounts they hold. This makes it possible to perform inventories that should be conducted regularly for auditing purposes easily and accurately. ③ Analyze usage logs (requires integration with LOCKED MSO) Record each user's SaaS login activity. Recording devices and regions used supports a range of purposes, from strengthening controls to encouraging usage. Results can be viewed in easy-to-understand reports. [LOCKED MSO (Managed SSO) features] ① Integrates with proprietary and on-premises systems as well as SAML Supports SAML authentication provided by common SaaS products for single sign-on, as well as authentication methods using browser extensions or secure smartphone browsers. It has also been used with on-premises environments. ② Flexible access control by user, device and other conditions For SaaS single sign-on, various conditions can be combined, including user attributes (permanent or non-permanent employee), access time and day, IP address and device approval status. This enables flexible access control, including whether login is permitted. ③ Two-factor and biometric authentication are also available Two-factor authentication can be configured according to the security of the access location, such as when working remotely or accessing services while out. When using a smartphone, biometric authentication such as facial or fingerprint recognition can also improve convenience while maintaining security.
