Description
Send downloads, videos and page links from Chrome to Xtreme Download Manager (XDM). Works with XDM 9.0 and higher.
XDM Integration Module connects Chrome to Xtreme Download Manager (XDM), a free, open-source download manager for Windows, macOS and Linux. Downloads, videos and whole pages of links go to XDM instead of Chrome's own downloader.
This extension works with XDM 9.0 and higher. It needs the XDM desktop app, which is a separate free download:

Using XDM 8 or earlier? Update to the latest XDM first.
WHAT IT DOES
• Takes over downloads: files you download in Chrome go to XDM, which uses several connections at once and can pause and resume them.
• Detects videos: play a video on a web page and it shows up in the toolbar popup with its format and size. One click sends it to XDM.
• Grabs a whole page: right-click → "Download all with XDM…" (or Alt+Shift+D) lists every link, image and media file on the page. Filter by type, size or name, then send the ones you want to XDM in one go.
• Download with XDM: right-click any link or image.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER
The extension talks only to the XDM app on your own computer (127.0.0.1). It has no server, no analytics and no tracking. To download a file the way your browser would, XDM needs the file's address, the request headers and the site's cookies. These go to the local XDM app and nowhere else.
Turn browser monitoring off from the popup at any time, and Chrome handles downloads as usual.
Not supported: YouTube. The extension does not capture or download anything from YouTube.
