An initial phase providing small aids for personal support work. - Common functions: -- Request lookup: Enter the request number to open it. -- Document lookup: Enter the document number to open it. -- Download the server log. - Form information: When viewing a request, display the document code and process ID and allow the form to be opened through documents. - Search for a user by email or employee ID and add them as a substitute. - Look up document information: Enter the code to display the file name, location, author, and more. - Search for a group by its code and display the email addresses of its users. - Search for a dataset by name and show whether it is internal or custom. For an internal dataset derived from a form, you can open the folder that generated it. Preferably use with the Admin role.
