Є-data - Прозорий бюджет

The "Прозорий бюджет" information and analysis system is part of the "Є-data" open data platform for Ukraine's public finances. The "Прозорий бюджет" information and analysis system was created pursuant to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine's order No. 92-р of 11.02.2016, "On Approval of the Concept for Creating the Integrated Information and Analysis System 'Прозорий бюджет'." The "Прозорий бюджет" extension provides quick access and a convenient way to navigate between modules of the Є-data public finance platform, including: - information on budget planning and execution; - a budget analysis tool; - information on the use of public funds; - a register of international financial projects; - an education expenditure analysis tool; - a register of applications for VAT budget refunds; - performance indicators of state-owned banks; - debt policy and the register of state guarantees. The platform belongs to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The platform is administered by the state institution "Відкриті публічні фінанси".
