Form Text Counter Badge

Displays the character count of the form field under the cursor. Displays the character count of a form field under the cursor or text selected with the mouse. It is especially useful when you want to count characters for an appropriate length for SEO and similar purposes. When you want to enter an appropriate number of characters in a title tag or description, it counts them in forms on any site or administration screen and displays the count on the badge. Due to Chrome's limitations, the badge can display only the first four digits of the character count. If the badge text is small or the count is four digits or more, click the icon to display an enlarged count in a popup. You no longer need to visit a character-counting site and copy and paste text just to count characters.
