Simple CRM Import

Import data into Simple CRM. Simple CRM Import lets you import contacts from LinkedIn and Local.ch. In practice: you find an interesting contact on, for example, LinkedIn, and click Simple CRM Import. It creates the contact using the information available on LinkedIn: last name, first name, position, and LinkedIn profile address. The contact is automatically linked to the company they work for. Then, using the "SOCIAL CRM" button in Simple CRM, you can run various searches to find more information about that contact. A LinkedIn chat session can be linked directly to Simple CRM. From the contact record, you can click a link that opens the chat you had with that person.
