识别损坏的下载

You will be notified if a file you just downloaded is under 4 KB or the server returns an error during download, because you may have saved an error message. When you download a file, the browser asks where to save it and proceeds. However, if the file does not exist on the server and the server responds with an HTTP 404 error, the browser may not tell you and may simply download the error page and save it as the file you wanted. Only later, when you try to open the file, do you realize it is not what you wanted. This extension performs two checks to help ensure the file is what you wanted: • If the downloaded file is smaller than 4 KB, it displays a notification to tell you. Files smaller than 4 KB are rare. • It also displays a notification if the file download request receives an HTTP 4XX or 5XX error response. The notification tells you about it.
