Select box filter

Ctrl+Click (Command+Click) a select box to enter filter mode and display an input field beside it. Enter a keyword in the field to filter the options. The options in the selected select box will be filtered by that keyword. * The filter input appears only for the select box you Ctrl+Click (Command+Click), so it causes minimal disruption to the page layout! * Filtering is controlled using display, so it does not affect pages that use selectedIndex in javascript! * Filtering ignores differences in case, hiragana and katakana, and full-width and half-width characters.
