Chrome No Cache Refresh

After switching hosts, click the extension to immediately clear the cache and automatically refresh the current page. During development, changes to hosts may not take effect immediately, often requiring a browser restart or cache clearing. With this extension, just click its icon to make the hosts change take effect immediately and refresh the current page. Note ⚠️: Enable the permission before installation. How to enable it: Enter chrome://flags/#extensions-on-chrome-urls in the address bar. Set the selected option to Enabled; Restart the browser as prompted; Install the extension.
