(2) Organization tree Display the company organization as a hierarchy and search for employees. (3) Address book Select entries from the registered address book to make calls, send email or view details. (4) Call history Display incoming and outgoing call history for your extension number and numbers eligible for pickup. (5) Web dialing The Extension Power phone number recognition engine automatically applies CTI controls to phone numbers on websites you browse. Make calls through UNIVERGE PBX, a smartphone or Microsoft Teams without modifying existing websites. This enables CTI integration with existing company sites and other pages without modifying them. (6) Call control Easily answer, end or hold calls with a click. (7) Call pickup Answer incoming company calls on your own extension, mobile phone, FMC, Microsoft Teams phone or similar device.
