文字数カウンタ for N予備校

Displays character counts for written-response tests on N予備校. I created a feature that displays a counter below input fields in N予備校 reports and tests. Please give it a try. Note: It does not apply to every question, so please make the final judgment yourself. Release https://github.com/tsutoringo/N-yobiko-char-counter/releases
