Sign up to 255 files on sig.mobi. Share packages by link, collect electronic signatures and add machine-readable powers of attorney. Sign documents electronically, share them by link and collect signatures from colleagues and counterparties using the sig.mobi service. Сиг.моби connects Chrome to your certificate and CryptoPro CSP. The extension works with the key on your computer, while the website helps prepare documents, save the result and manage access to it. UP TO 255 FILES AT ONCE Choose PDF, Word, Excel, images, archives and other files. There is no need to start signing each file separately: the service processes the entire selection. Originals and signature files can be downloaded together as a ZIP archive. ONE LINK FOR THE PACKAGE Send colleagues a link instead of a set of attachments. Protocol viewing is enabled by default; the owner can allow downloading and co-signing. You can set an access period, replace the link or disable it. Settings are saved automatically. AS MANY SIGNERS AS YOU NEED Add electronic signatures from different participants to the same documents. The package contents and signer details are kept together. After co-signing, the information is updated and another signature can be added. SIGNING VIA A RECEIVED LINK Open the documents, select your certificate and confirm the action. The recipient does not need a service subscription: viewing, downloading and co-signing do not consume their packages. The sender determines which actions are available. MACHINE-READABLE POWERS OF ATTORNEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND DOCUMENTS Store machine-readable powers of attorney in your account. When signing, select one from the list or add an XML file and the principal's signature file. The power of attorney is included in the archive with the documents and is available to recipients who are allowed to download it. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Install the extension and open sig.mobi. 2. Run the computer check: the website will tell you which components to install. 3. Select files and a certificate, sign and download the result or send a link. You need a computer, a valid certificate with an accessible private key, CryptoPro CSP and Сиг.плагин. The extension also supports certificate login on websites connected to Сиг.ID. Cryptographic operations are performed on your computer. Documents, signatures and attached powers of attorney are stored in the service; access via a link depends on the owner's settings. The private key and container password are not sent to the Сиг.моби server. The extension is free to install. Creating new packages on sig.mobi requires a package balance or an active subscription.
