arXiv title fixer

Set titles of papers on arXiv as <title> of the pdf-tabs. Fixes the tab's title to the name of the paper on arXiv pdf and abstract pages. Also works with OpenReview and ACL websites. Especially useful if one is using an extension like The Great Suspender.
