QuickLink Downloader is a Chrome extension that lets you download multiple file links on a web page in three steps: select, right-click and download as a ZIP. 1. Useful situations 📄 Download meeting materials in bulk: Download PDFs of minutes and handouts listed on municipal or university websites together. 📊 Collect work data: Save Excel and Word files on an internal portal without having to download them one by one. 🗂️ Investigation and research: Select the links to reports and research papers across multiple pages and bundle the PDFs into a ZIP. 2. Main features ● Automatically extract links from a selection: Detect only file links within the area selected by dragging the mouse. There is no need to process the entire page. ● Automatically infer Japanese file names: Assign clear Japanese file names based on link text and the page's HTML structure. Switch to the original file names with one button. ● Bulk file name replacement: Search and replace file names in bulk before downloading. Rename entries such as “令和6年度” to “R6” with one click. ● Automatically add sequential numbers: Add numbers such as 01_, 02_... to files in the ZIP to preserve the order of meeting materials.
