Will automatically refresh both the 'table' view && the 'side bar' view. What does it do? Refreshes the queue for Salesforce's Ticket Web Application "Lightning". A button labeled as "Queue Refresh" will be inserted into the bar on the bottom the web page. Providing the user five options; "Never" refresh, Refresh every "30 seconds", Two minutes, Five minutes, or Fifteen minutes. Why should I install it? This feature isn't native to Salesforce.
