The PingPong贸易还原小助手 extension (the "Assistant") is developed and provided to you by Ping Pong Global Holdings Limited ("PingPong"). You acknowledge and agree that, to make better use of PingPong's cross-border collection services and other related services (the "PingPong Services"), you need to provide PingPong with transaction information from your e-commerce or service platforms. By installing and using the Assistant, you can provide PingPong with the transaction information needed to use the PingPong Services. You acknowledge and agree to the scope and contents of the transaction information collected by the Assistant. After installing and configuring the Assistant, log in to your seller dashboard, go to the orders page, and click "Start Now" to trigger the Assistant to automatically collect transaction information from that platform and transmit it to PingPong in encrypted form. PingPong will collect, store, and use all information you provide through the Assistant strictly in accordance with laws and regulations, PingPong's compliance policies, applicable user agreements, and privacy policies. Assistant features: • Automatically collect and transmit your transaction information; • Update your PingPong account's currency settlement quota in sync. Why is transaction authenticity information required? Under relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, foreign exchange settlement and sales and related transfers and receipts of funds in cross-border trade must be based on genuine and lawful transactions. You therefore need to provide transaction information from e-commerce or service platforms to meet regulatory requirements. You understand and agree that all rights relating to the Assistant, including intellectual property and ownership rights, belong to PingPong. No one may create or use related derivative works without PingPong's written consent. PingPong makes no substantive commitment regarding the effectiveness of the Assistant's services. PingPong is not liable to you for interruption or termination of the Assistant's services due to force majeure or other causes. You understand and agree that your use of the Assistant must comply with applicable law; otherwise, you must immediately stop using it. By installing and using the Assistant, you are deemed to unconditionally consent to PingPong collecting, storing, and using your relevant transaction information for the purpose of providing PingPong Services. You hereby release PingPong from any corresponding liability it may incur due to those actions and waive any claims you may have against PingPong arising from them. PingPong reserves the final right to interpret the use of the Assistant.
