SINGLEX Procurement User Guide is to help new users to quickly know to use SINGLEX Procurement system. The Procurement SINGLEX user guide helps new users quickly understand and use the Procurement SINGLEX system. Functions: • Tourguide: Provides step-by-step guidance for specific parts of the screen based on business processes, helping users complete their tasks conveniently. • Hover: Displays pop-up guidance for items on the screen that users want to explore further. Functions: • Tour guide: Provides step-by-step scenarios for each business process to help users carry out their work. • Help: Provides a hover feature for users who want to review guidance on their screen or view it individually. Language Support: Korean, English, Chinese Languages supported: Korean / English / Chinese. Notice - SINGLEX Guide is exclusively available for SINGLEX users. - It is applied for use on the Chrome browser on PC. -For the BOT work effectively , ensure the screen is not shrunk or zoomed in. The recommended screen size is 13 inches or above (For smaller screens, such as iPads or 12-inch displays, zooming out may be necessary to view all web components properly.) Note: - SINGLEX Guide is available only to SINGLEX users. - SINGLEX Guide is only available in the Chrome application on PC. (It cannot be used on mobile devices.) - A screen size of 13 inches or larger is recommended. How to install Install the extension Important: You cannot add the extension while browsing in Incognito mode or Guest Note: You cannot add the extension when browsing as a guest in Incognito mode. 1. Click "Add to Chrome" Click "Add" in Chrome. 2. Click "Add Extension" to install the bot. Click "Add extension" to install the bot. 3. To use the bot, Pin the Guidebot extension to the Chrome toolbar. Pin the Guidebot to the Chrome toolbar to turn it on. Click the bot icon, toggle the "User Guide" switch to turn the bot on or off, and select a language from the "Language" dropdown menu (supports Korean, English, and Chinese). Click the bot icon and toggle the "User Guide" switch to turn the bot on. To set the bot's language, click the "Language" dropdown list.
