Capture static resources on webpages, including images, audio, video, fonts, CSS, JS and more. 🎯 Resource Catcher — collect webpage resources in one go [What problem does it solve?] You've probably encountered these situations: • You find a beautifully designed website and want to save all its assets, but have to right-click and choose Save as for each one in the DevTools Network panel. After dozens of operations, your hand is tired. • You want to collect all the high-resolution original images from a gallery page in bulk, but the browser only lets you click them one by one. • You like a website's font or background music, but cannot find the actual download URL. • While analyzing an H5 mini-game made with Cocos Creator, you open Network and see UUID filenames such as abcd1234-xxxx.json / .bin everywhere. You cannot tell which file corresponds to which resource or bundle, let alone restore them to the project directory. Resource Catcher was made for these situations. [Why install it?] ✓ Save time — say goodbye to manual F12 operations Open the extension and all static resources on the page are automatically listed by category: "images / audio and video / fonts / CSS / JS / Cocos / other". Filter → package into a ZIP with one click, and finish in seconds what used to take half an hour. ✓ Comprehensive capture — more than what is visible in the DOM Ordinary "image downloaders" only scan <img> tags and miss CSS background images, srcset and dynamically loaded JS resources. This extension listens to network requests, deeply scans the DOM and parses CSS to ensure that no actually loaded resource is missed. ✓ Uncommon support for Cocos Creator This is something most similar tools cannot do: - Automatically identify all resources loaded by the engine and map UUID filenames back to their original paths in the project (for example, restore ab/abcd1234-....png to textures/player/idle.png) - Automatically identify each resource's bundle and resource type - When exporting a ZIP, restore a directory structure close to the Cocos project using cocos/<bundle name>/<original path>, making it easy to understand locally Whether you want to study an H5 game's art assets, analyze competing products or perform QA checks, this can greatly reduce the time spent finding resources. ✓ Fully local and privacy-conscious All processing takes place in your browser. No data is uploaded to external servers, and no browsing history, cookies or personal information is collected. There are no third-party analytics SDKs. You can inspect the code on GitHub. [Who is it for?] • Frontend developers / designers: quickly retrieve assets from reference sites for inspiration libraries • Game developers / researchers: study the resource structure and naming conventions of Cocos Creator H5 games • QA / test engineers: audit how many resources a page loads and their sizes • Content creators / general users: save favorite images, music and videos in bulk [Get started in 30 seconds] 1. Install the extension 2. Open the webpage whose resources you want to capture (for Cocos games, installing the extension before opening the page is recommended) 3. Click the 🎯 icon in the toolbar 4.
