A tool for enhancing and optimizing Google Search.
Notes:
The anti-blocking feature converts blocked search requests, such as http://google.com.hk/search?q=胡萝卜, into search requests using an IP address, such as http://IP/search?q=胡萝卜. It is unknown how long available IP addresses will remain usable, so this extension may stop working at any time, but I will update it promptly.
HTTPS will produce a certificate warning. This is normal because certificates are issued to domain names rather than IP addresses. Please ignore the warning and continue searching.
Main features:
1. Take necessary measures to make searches succeed when Google Search encounters problems.
2. Google search results do not display direct link addresses; instead, they redirect through Google's servers. This can slow page opening and may also cause otherwise accessible URLs to be blocked. This extension removes the URL redirection mechanism from Google web and image searches, allowing you to open the actual URLs directly from the results page.
3. Open search results in a new window by default, whereas Google normally replaces the current window.
Permissions:
Google IP addresses have recently been unstable, requiring frequent permission configuration for individual IP addresses. The permission scope has been updated to make updates easier and support obtaining available IP addresses online in the future.
