Add loading="lazy" attribute to all Emoji elements. In YouTube live chat, opening the custom emoji palette loads all emoji at once (around 1,500), which can slow things down and temporarily stop the stream. To prevent this, the extension adds `loading="lazy"` to the `` of all emoji when the palette is opened. Improvement is not guaranteed, but some improvement may be expected.
