Farabi Proctoring

A proctoring system for online exams. Farabi Proctoring is a fully automated solution for monitoring online exams. Farabi Proctoring aims to give you the best possible testing experience while protecting the integrity of your exam, so everyone has a chance to perform at their best. The extension works in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English. Please remember: • Farabi Proctoring will monitor you only during the exam. • Your personal information is safe and will never be shared with or sold to third parties. • Farabi Proctoring will not access any personal data that is not required for the exam itself. • Google Chrome will ask for your permission before installing the extension. • The permissions you agree to are required only during the exam and will never be used outside an exam session. What does the Google Chrome extension's privacy disclosure actually mean? Here is a brief description of how we use these features: • READ AND CHANGE ALL YOUR DATA ON THE WEBSITES YOU VISIT - Farabi Proctoring uses this during the exam to keep you on permitted pages or sites. For example, your administrator can see other web pages or applications you visited during the exam. • DISPLAY NOTIFICATIONS - This permission allows the proctor to send you notifications during the exam. • COMMUNICATE WITH COOPERATING WEBSITES. During the exam, Farabi Proctoring may need to communicate with your testing service provider or learning management system to ensure that all necessary conditions for optimal testing are in place. • READ AND CHANGE DATA YOU COPY AND PASTE - This prevents the use of copy and paste during the exam, protecting exam integrity.
