A Chrome extension for customizing the new tab, displaying layered wave animations in traditional Chinese colors alongside classical poetry. Thank you all for your support and feedback. I'll keep working on updates, improving the experience and trying more background effects. :) If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment or email me~ 2.5.2 update ### Added - Color mode can now follow the system setting ### Fixed - Updated manifest.json - Corrected typos in Chinese color names - Adjusted the poetry display style ----------------------------------------------- Changelog: https://github.com/unicar9/jizhi/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md This is not a practical extension so much as another small experiment on my creative coding journey. The original idea was to express a Chinese aesthetic through creative coding, and classical poetry was a natural choice to accompany it. The layered wave animation made with P5.js can evoke distant blue-green mountains, while incorporating various traditional Chinese colors adds an abstract quality. The button at the bottom right toggles the animation, and the corresponding Chinese color names fading out at the screen edges add another layer to the effect. If a visual and poem resonate with you, you can click the download button to save them as a memento. :)
