Install the extension. 2. Click the toolbar icon, or press ⌘+J (Mac) / Ctrl+J (Windows). If the shortcut does nothing, set it under chrome://extensions/shortcuts for “Activate the extension”. 3. In the side panel, describe what you want to write and press Generate. 4. Copy the result, or on X use Generate reply. The reply is inserted into the reply box and is not posted automatically. FAQ 1. Which languages are supported? The model can write in the language you name in the prompt. On X, a generated reply uses the language of the post. 2. What data is sent? Your prompt is sent when you press Generate. On X, the text of the current post is sent only after you press Generate reply. Chat history stays in this browser. The extension does not read Gmail or other sites automatically. 3. What is your privacy policy? https://aiwriterchatgpt.com/privacy Messages are used to produce the reply. The extension also sends usage events, such as opening the panel and sending a message, to Google Analytics.
