Shows the final price including taxes for games on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Epic, GOG, and more stores. (Argentina) Impuestito is like Steamcito, but for all the other video game stores such as Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo. It shows the final price with Argentine taxes next to the store price: no separate calculator, no surprises on your card statement. It detects prices in pesos, dollars, or euros and applies VAT, your province's gross income tax, and, where applicable, income tax or a wallet fee according to how you pay. The green logo is the signal: that number is what you will pay. HOW TO USE IT Install the extension and visit a supported store. Choose your province and payment method in the green menu. Hover over a price to see the breakdown: original price, taxes, and total. Values update automatically. To force an update, use “Update values” in the menu. STEAM On Steam it works alongside Steamcito: Steamcito continues to add taxes to Steam prices. On a game's page, Impuestito shows you: Whether it is on Game Pass, leaving soon, or coming soon. Where it can be played: Xbox, PC, cloud, and whether it is included through EA Play. The price of the same game on Xbox, including taxes, next to the purchase button. This lets you compare buying it on Steam, playing it with a subscription, and buying it on Xbox. Steam is always enabled for this; you can turn the other sites on or off. PC AND CONSOLE STORES In addition to Steam, it works on major PC stores (Epic, GOG, Humble, etc.) and console stores. PlayStation Store: prices in dollars converted to pesos with taxes. Xbox Store (Argentina store): final price in pesos. If you are in another region, it prompts you to switch to Argentina so it can calculate. Nintendo eShop Argentina: final price in pesos. It also calculates prices on deal sites (XB Deals, PS Deals, NT Deals, etc.) so you can compare using the actual amount. TAXES AND PAYMENT METHOD Province: gross income tax according to where you live (VAT is shown as exempt in Tierra del Fuego). Payment method: card dollar rate, MEP/stock market rate, crypto, dollars in an account, and wallets, depending on what is currently available. The breakdown shows the original price, price in pesos, each tax, and the total. Where applicable, it also shows the equivalent in dollars. For digital games, income tax usually does not apply; if your payment method includes it, you will see it in the breakdown. The PAÍS tax is no longer in effect. STORE MENU Green button to open the panel without leaving the page. Enable or disable Impuestito by site (PC and consoles). Calculator in Chrome's side panel alongside the store (use the website in Firefox). If you have Steamcito open, the menu moves so they do not overlap. CALCULATE ON ANY PAGE Right-click a price → “Calculate with Impuestito”: the total with taxes appears. Right-click → “Open Impuestito” to go to the calculator. In the address bar, type “imp” + space + a price (for example imp 20 usd or imp 15€) to see the total instantly. Enter opens the calculator with that amount. You can also search for a Game Pass title by typing its name after “imp”.
