Betrap de Makelaar

What estate agents and property websites don't tell you (but we do). We understand: you have better things to do than refresh the Netherlands' leading property platform 24/7. Betrapdemakelaar.nl improves the Netherlands' leading property platform in several ways. Betrapdemakelaar.nl is a browser extension that automatically finds old publicly available listings for homes that are being offered again "as new". While searching, click the extension icon. The Betrapdemakelaar.nl pop-up will appear with the price history of the property in question. What you can expect: - Find out when a home first came on the market - The original asking price - The WOZ valuation history. This Chrome extension was written to make the Netherlands' leading property platform easier to use and navigate. Pretty brilliant! This extension uses official information from Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS), Kadaster, Funda.nl and Walterliving.com. Suggestions, comments or questions?
