Lightweight, private, and open source. ✨ Key features - ⌨️ Keyboard shortcuts: Play/Pause, next and previous track, seek, speed, pitch, loop, open in a new tab and wishlist. Every shortcut can be changed in the popup - 🎧 Media keys: The play, pause, next, previous and seek keys of your keyboard or headset control the Bandcamp player - 🕒 Speed and pitch: Change the speed in 1% steps, with or without pitch preservation - ⏩ Seek step: Seek forward and back by 1 to 120 seconds (10 by default); digit keys jump to 0%, 10%, … 90% of the track - ▶️ Autoplay and autoscroll: The next track of the album, collection, wishlist, feed or discover list starts by itself, and the page scrolls to it - 🔁 Loop track: Repeat the current track - 🎨 Highlight visited: Albums and tracks you already opened or played are marked on Bandcamp pages - 🧩 Feed player: A small player with cover, title and progress bar on the feed page - 📥 Batch download: Select items on your collection or purchases page (one by one, a range with Shift+click, all, or only the new ones) and download them in the audio format you choose in the popup - 📋 Downloads page: See the overall progress, speed and time left; filter, search and sort the list; pause, resume, retry, cancel or remove items; set how many files download at the same time (1 to 15) - ⚙️ Popup: Four tabs (Playback, Page, Downloads, Shortcuts); turn each shortcut on or off, record a new key, skip releases you already downloaded, get a notification when a batch finishes, import, export or reset your settings - 💤 Keep Awake (Chrome): Keeps the display on while you listen 🎹 Default shortcuts - ␣ Space — Play/Pause - N / B — Next / Previous track - Shift + 1…9 — Play that track of the list - Shift + V — Loop track on or off - ⬅️ ➡️ Arrow Left/Right — Seek backward/forward - 0–9 — Jump to 0%, 10%, … 90% of the track - ⬆️ ⬇️ Arrow Up/Down — Speed up/down by 1% - Shift + ⬇️ — Reset speed - P — Pitch preservation on or off; Shift + P — Turn it off - O — Open the current item in a new tab; Shift + O — Open it and switch to the tab - L — Add to or remove from the wishlist - 🔗 Full list: https://github.com/borbiuk/band-play/blob/master/docs/usage.md#keyboard-shortcuts 🔒 Privacy - No data collection. No analytics. The extension sends nothing anywhere and has no servers of its own. - The only network traffic it causes is for batch download: it loads the Bandcamp download pages of the items you selected and downloads the files from Bandcamp's own download links. - Your settings, the visited history and the download history are stored locally in the browser (extension local storage) and never leave your computer. - Open source: https://github.com/borbiuk/band-play - Full privacy policy: https://github.com/borbiuk/band-play/blob/master/PRIVACY.md 🧾 Permissions (what and why) - 💾 Storage — Saves your settings, shortcuts, the visited history and the download queue and history locally. - ⬇️ Downloads — Saves the files of a batch download and shows, pauses, resumes, cancels or deletes them from the downloads page. - ⏰ Alarms — Keeps a long batch download going and retries it later when Bandcamp asks to slow down. - 🔋 Power (Chrome only) — Keeps the display awake while Keep Awake is on. - 🧺 Downloads shelf and Downloads UI (Chrome only) — Hides the browser's download bubble while a batch download runs, so it does not pop up for every file, and shows it again afterwards. - 🔔 Notifications (optional) — Asked only when you turn on "notify when a batch finishes". Shows one notification when a batch download ends. - 🌐 Access to bandcamp.com and its subdomains — Runs the player features on Bandcamp pages and loads the Bandcamp download pages for batch download. The extension runs on no other site. 🦊 Firefox - Works in Firefox 128 or newer.
