Extend GitHub with notes for starred projects and fuzzy search by note. The GitHub enhancements currently support the following features: 1. Add project notes on the starred projects page, repository pages and project homepages. 2. Use the search box on the starred projects page to perform fuzzy searches on added notes and note names. 3. Separate notes by the current GitHub ID. 4. Sync notes across devices after signing in to a Google account in Chrome. If syncing is unavailable, notes are saved locally.
